Virginia Ralls is a Pensacola native and Senior Associate at Chase & Ralls, PLC, where she has been a valued member of the firm for more than 10 years. She serves as Director of the firm’s Trust and Estates Department, where she assists individuals and families with estate planning, trusts, probate, and estate administration. Virginia handles both routine and complex probate matters, guiding personal representatives and beneficiaries through the administration process while helping families navigate the legal and practical considerations that arise following the loss of a loved one.

Virginia earned her law degree from Drexel University’s Thomas R. Kline School of Law. Over the course of her career, she has developed a broad practice that allows her to assist clients through significant transitions in their lives, from planning for the future to navigating difficult family and estate-related circumstances.

In addition to her work in Trusts and Estates, Virginia is a well-respected family law attorney in Pensacola with extensive experience representing clients in divorce and other family law matters.

Her practice includes divorce, modifications of alimony and other post-dissolution matters, paternity actions, and related family law proceedings. Virginia understands that going through a divorce or other family law matter can be an especially heavy and emotional season in a person’s life. She has been named a Top 40 Young Lawyer in Florida and recognized as an Outstanding Young Alumna by the University of Florida Alumni Association. She has also been honored as Military Spouse of the Year, reflecting her strong connection to and involvement with the military community.
