Casey Shearns is an Associate Attorney at Chase & Ralls, PLC, where she focuses on providing thoughtful, diligent, and client-centered legal representation. Originally from Marlborough, Massachusetts, Casey is proud to now call Pensacola, Florida, home and is committed to serving the legal needs of the community.

Casey earned her Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law. While attending law school, she served as a clerk for the Honorable Anthony Miller, gaining valuable experience in probate and guardianship matters. Her work in these areas provided her with a strong foundation in navigating complex legal issues and working with clients and families through matters that often require careful attention, compassion, and discretion.

Prior to joining Chase & Ralls, Casey gained valuable civil litigation experience in South Florida. During this time, she assisted with a variety of matters involving construction defects, employment disputes, and land disputes. This experience allowed her to develop strong legal research, writing, and litigation skills while gaining insight into the complexities of civil litigation and dispute resolution.

Casey approaches each matter with professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to understanding her clients’ individual circumstances and legal objectives. She believes effective representation begins with listening to clients, communicating clearly, and working diligently to protect their interests throughout the legal process.
